Episode 30 - This one's for you Mel

Hello and Welcome to this weeks episode its Sunday 10th February and I have been musing over whether to podcast or not today since I read the latest post by MSkiKnits

I am not only saddened by the whole thing but also confused and concerned that someone I choose to share my precious time with as a podcaster or a viewer can act in such a hurtful and malicious way.

It has quite honestly left me feeling very disillusioned with watching and recording a podcast but after mulling it over for some time I have decided to go ahead and record but not in my usual format.

I will say no more here as I would prefer you to watch to hear what I have to say as so much of this whole episode has come about from words that have been typed at a keyboard and I do not want to fall into that trap of being misunderstood or misconstrued.

I wish you well and hopefully see you soon.

Bye now

  1. Please don't stop podcasting. As I said to Mel on her blog, I would miss watching both your and her podcasts. I to have been cyber-bulled by podcasters after once offering an explanation about why a word triggered my PTSD. Both you and Mel need to carry on to beat the cyber-bullies.

  2. Thank you. You said what some many want to.

  3. Thank you for your eloquent words and your show of support. I look forward to your next post.

  4. Good going girl! I'm still ticked though. Someone has not only made Mel feel bad, but they have taken some of my joy away too.

  5. Well said. It's true, bitterness hurts the 'harbourer' more. Thanks for the podcast. Isn't it sad though that these basic points of 'polite behaviour' need pointing out to people?

  6. Very well said!!! I spend so much of my time on Plurk and Ravelry with my friends and I hate to see any malicious behavior. Isn't there enough in this world?? YOu are a great friend to publicly speak out for Mel.

  7. BRAVO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  8. I understand your feelings about this Zena as I am very angry about it. However the bad cannot win here. Please, I pray you and Mel keep podcasting.
